In his role of Chief Executive Officer, Dan is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the company operations. He is involved in the identification and procurement of projects for the business unit by retaining and expanding the existing client base.
In addition, he leads the Managers to ensure all projects undertaken by the business unit meet or exceed their required performance targets in relation to schedule, quality and budget.
