As our Division Manager for Defence, Mitch can’t remember a time in his career when he wasn’t living and breathing Defence projects. From on the ground experience in delivery across multiple Defence contract suites, Mitch now leads the Defence division of our business, responsible for the strategic direction and alignment of St Hilliers in the Defence contracting environment. Mitch facilitates continual improvement strategies, ensuring key deliverables and objectives are maintained through all phases of project delivery and takeover.

As a Construction Manager within our Defence division, Anthony has worked on a myriad of Estate Works Program and CFI projects nationally. Working exclusively within the Defence division, Anthony ensures projects maintain a continual understanding and alignment of core Defence contracting objectives.
Anthony impresses a proven ability and a pragmatic approach to ensure best outcomes with the project teams and contracting partners he works with.

Reece has exclusively worked on Defence projects at St Hilliers; thriving in technically challenging environments. He has successfully managed many complex building and infrastructure projects, including high security, explosive ordnance, fuel and PFAS treatment works. As the Construction Manager, combined with his technical aptitude and background in civil engineering, Reece shares a strong appreciation for value engineering and value of money outcomes through the teams and contracting partners he works with.

In his role of Chief Executive Officer, Dan is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the company operations. He is involved in the identification and procurement of projects for the business unit by retaining and expanding the existing client base.
In addition, he leads the Managers to ensure all projects undertaken by the business unit meet or exceed their required performance targets in relation to schedule, quality and budget. Dan has been with St Hilliers for over 10 years and in that time has forged firm relationships with our key clients.

As St Hilliers General Manager, Brant brings over 20 years of construction experience to strategically drive a positive and collaborative team. His belief in accountable objectives ensures that his team are able to deliver on what we promise; deliver to our clients; deliver to industry partners; and deliver to our work mates. Additionally, Brant is responsible for the overall operations of the St Hilliers Contracting business, including the formulation, implementation and monitoring of strategic and business plans. Central to this is a commitment to sustainable, long term client and industry partner relationships, while driving continual improvement to deliver efficient and best practice across the business.

Geoff is responsible for the overall management of St Hilliers Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Systems and our Integrated Management System which includes ensuring implementation and compliance on all our projects.
As a Federal Safety Commission accredited builder, St Hilliers systems and practices are audited regularly and Geoff manages this process with the relevant projects.
