Tim is the founder and Executive Chairman of the St Hilliers group. He has more than 35 years industry experience and under his leadership St Hilliers has grown to be one of Australia’s leading integrated property groups.
Tim is a member of the Master Builders Association, the Australian Institute of Building and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.

A former Partner of Kemp Strang Lawyers for 20 years, Steve is a commercial lawyer with over 40 years of experience in corporate and property law, development, prospectus capital raisings and ASX listings. He was formerly Chairman and a non-executive director of Coffey International Limited and a non-executive director of PrimeAg Australia Limited.
Steve is currently Chairman of Axiom Mining Limited and the Council of Sydney Church of England Grammar School (Shore School).

Mark is an international award winning, Managing Director and CEO, with 20 years experience. He led 6 companies through transformational change, including the Gloria Jean’s Coffees’ global group. He is Managing Director of leadership advisors, Thought Patrol, who enable companies to ‘realise their potential’ through mentoring leaders, facilitating strategy and advising boards.
Mark has an MBA from Auckland University, and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.

In his role of Chief Executive Officer, Dan is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the company operations. He is involved in the identification and procurement of projects for the business unit by retaining and expanding the existing client base.
In addition, he leads the Managers to ensure all projects undertaken by the business unit meet or exceed their required performance targets in relation to schedule, quality and budget. Dan has been with St Hilliers for over 10 years and in that time has forged firm relationships with our key clients.

Ralph is responsible for the financial management and the strategic activities of the overall St Hilliers group. A Fellow Certified Practising Accountant, Ralph has more than 30 years experience in the property and construction industries having held senior management roles with several major corporations both in Australia and overseas.

As St Hilliers General Manager, Brant brings over 20 years of construction experience to strategically drive a positive and collaborative team. His belief in accountable objectives ensures that his team are able to deliver on what we promise; deliver to our clients; deliver to industry partners; and deliver to our work mates. Additionally, Brant is responsible for the overall operations of the St Hilliers Contracting business, including the formulation, implementation and monitoring of strategic and business plans. Central to this is a commitment to sustainable, long term client and industry partner relationships, while driving continual improvement to deliver efficient and best practice across the business.

Joseph is responsible for the discharge and delivery of all legal requirements associated with St Hilliers construction and property operations.
He has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and corporate law, litigation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance in both public and private companies and across a range of industries. This experience has been gained both as a partner in private legal practice and “in-house” as General Counsel to listed and unlisted entities.

Sam has been with St Hilliers over 15 years and in this time has been responsible for some of our highest profile projects. Sam has exceptional commercial awareness and strong liaison skills that enable him to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.
In his role of Commercial and Legal Manager, he oversees our entire suite of projects and their commercial outcomes to ensure our clients expectations are achieved within budget and timeframes

Viona has over 10 years’ experience in Construction and Property Development industry.
She is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of those teams including reporting, audit, tax, treasury, shareholder relations, administration of human resources and IT processes, supporting the operation and continuous growth of the Group.
She holds Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance and was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Australia in 2013. Communication is key in her view. With that in mind, she has recently completed her Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

In Justyn’s role of Development Manager, he oversees the development project cycle, from identification to concept and initial approvals, through to design, construction and sales.
Justyn’s strong problem-solving ability and collaborative management style will ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard possible.

With over 20 years industry experience (and most of those with St Hilliers!), Frank’s construction design knowledge is unparalleled.
Frank’s pragmatic and collaborative approach ensures a considered and co-ordinated design phase, resulting in clear and co-ordinated documentation which will facilitate the smooth execution of the construction works with a positive outcome for all stakeholders

As our Division Manager for Defence, Mitch can’t remember a time in his career when he wasn’t living and breathing Defence projects. From on the ground experience in delivery across multiple Defence contract suites, Mitch now leads the Defence division of our business, responsible for the strategic direction and alignment of St Hilliers in the Defence contracting environment. Mitch facilitates continual improvement strategies, ensuring key deliverables and objectives are maintained through all phases of project delivery and takeover.

As a Construction Manager within our Defence division, Anthony has worked on a myriad of Estate Works Program and CFI projects nationally. Working exclusively within the Defence division, Anthony ensures projects maintain a continual understanding and alignment of core Defence contracting objectives.
Anthony impresses a proven ability and a pragmatic approach to ensure best outcomes with the project teams and contracting partners he works with.

Reece has exclusively worked on Defence projects at St Hilliers; thriving in technically challenging environments. He has successfully managed many complex building and infrastructure projects, including high security, explosive ordnance, fuel and PFAS treatment works. As the Construction Manager, combined with his technical aptitude and background in civil engineering, Reece shares a strong appreciation for value engineering and value of money outcomes through the teams and contracting partners he works with.

Having worked extensively within the health, aged care and education sectors, Greg leads our specialist and proven education project teams. As the Contracting Construction Manager, Greg fosters a positive team culture committed to delivering projects to surpass our client expectations. With a proven skillset in design and construct, Greg is able to collaborate with all project stakeholders and industry partners to ensure the innovative design and practical outcomes of our specialist education and health projects.

Geoff is responsible for the overall management of St Hilliers Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Systems and our Integrated Management System which includes ensuring implementation and compliance on all our projects.
As a Federal Safety Commission accredited builder, St Hilliers systems and practices are audited regularly and Geoff manages this process with the relevant projects.

Ryan is responsible for the daily operational management of St Hilliers Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Systems and their implementation and compliance on all our projects.
As a Federal Safety Commission accredited builder, St Hilliers systems and practices are audited regularly and Ryan provides guidance in the site implementation and maintenance of these process with the relevant projects.

Hannah provides support to the Operations and Management teams as well as managing the company resourcing and the daily office operations.
Her excellent organisational & communication skills are her greatest asset and ensures efficiency for our teams, both site and office based. Hannah is also responsible for providing a consistent point of contact between St Hilliers and our clients throughout the tendering process.
