The Sunshine Multi-Discipline Depot Workshop Extension and Association Works project is based in Geebung, QLD.
The scope of the Works include, but are not limited to the following:
- Demolition of existing Building
- Removal of existing trees and vegetation
- Grub up, demolition and removal of existing gravel, concrete blocks, footings, slabs, channels etc
- Removal and termination of existing services
- Removal of existing Building 4B elements
- Renovation and extension of existing Building
- New awnings
- All associated site works and services
- Concrete hardstand and associated earthworks for vehicle parking
- Provision of new platform and associated Works for Energex equipment
