St Hilliers has been engaged to undertake early contractor involvement (ECI) for the upgrade of a new sports complex for a school in St Ives, NSW.
St Ives High School will be upgraded by the NSW Department of Education over the course of 2019/2020 to provide a new multi-use sports centre.
The scope of works for this portion of the project includes but is not limited to:
- Design finalisation
- Site preparation
- Demolition of block B and nominated pathways
- Removal and relocation of four rain water tanks
- Demolition of existing sports court and nominated pathways
- Tree removal
- Construction of a new multi-use sport centre
