The project includes three defined stages across five buildings to be completed in sequence. The scope of works for this project comprises refurbishment works including:
- Architectural and structural works
- Roofing works
- Upgrades to electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services
- HAZMAT investigation,
- Demolition and disposal works to various buildings
