The Nestle facility comprised 40,000 sq m of 12 m high warehouse space including:
- 4,800 sq m of air-conditioned storage space for perishable foodstuffs, with office and amenities area of 650 sq m
- Extensive truck marshalling areas and dock facilities both at grade and sunken
- Super flat, post tension concrete floor provided for racking and materials handling
- 3 km of skylights; 2,700 sq m of awning cantilevered at 18 m
- Civil works including road construction, stormwater and box culvert works
- Sophisticated siphonic drainage system for rainwater
