St Hilliers was the Project Manager for the Joint Venture, which developed this community title urban infill project.
The 150 dwelling development is located on a 6.7 hectare site on Pennant Hills Road and includes a mix of housing types from single detached homes, courtyard homes, townhouses, attached terraces, mews homes and apartments.
Community facilities are an integral part of this development and include pool, tennis court, club house and landscaped parks.
In an innovative delivery structure, the majority of the building work was undertaken by several home builders / developers including Masteron, Wincrest and Cosmopolitan Constructions.
Guidelines were established by the Joint Venture and a review panel assisted the participating builders with their individual designs to ensure better urban design outcomes were achieved by Hunterford.
