The project involved the construction of a new head office for Harris Communications, a key supplier of communications equipment to Defence. Full fitout of cold shell base build, the project includes offices and display facilities, technical and laboratory areas, all either Zone 2 or Zone 4 classifications together with a showcase entry to the building.
The works consisted of fitting out approximately 2400m2 of office space over two levels with Security Zone 2 and Zone 4 areas within the building. The building has been base built and will have CofC issued prior to fit out works commencing.
Services were re-configured and upgraded to accommodate a new lay out.
The works also included some roof works with antenna gantry and tamper evident fixings required to soffit linings.
The property is tenanted by Harris Communications, an international corporation and serves as their Asia Pacific head office.
