St Hilliers constructed this new commercial building of seven levels and comprising approximately 14,400 square metres of net lettable space within the Botanicca Corporate Park, a campus style office park designed to accommodate the growing need for work/life balance.
The building also includes three levels of basement car parking for 180 cars.
As well as the new construction, the scope of works for the project included road works and extensive landscaping based on environmentally sustainable design principles.
The building was leased to GE Money and St Hilliers undertook the fitout of the tenancy customised to the firm’s specific needs.
