19 NEW HOMES
The Army has the largest presence in Brisbane, with the major establishment located in the suburb of Enoggera, within close proximity to the new site at Ferny Grove.
St Hilliers was appointed to build 19 homes at the Ferny Grove site. The project was a full Design & Construct package, prepared from scratch using the DHA brief and planning guidelines.
