The Australian War Memorial project included the construction of a new East Annex building to facilitate the artifacts restoration and storage of substantial art works that are of National Heritage importance.
The building comprises approximately 4500sqm within a 2 level operational facility and a basement link tunnel to access the main exhibition centre.
The structure is a concrete frame with substantial Howned Finished pre cast concrete facade finishes. The internal finishes are of high quality and are in keeping with the importance of this iconic building.
